- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. We had had been banking here since they opened, and came in for small loan a couple of years back. Had spoken to Aubrey Harlan and said everything was fine and to come in or call back in a couple of days, we did both and got the run around or she never answered or returned our calls. So we closed our accounts and went to Heartland Bank. If we hadn't been approved for the loan she could have just told us instead of treating us like crap. AND I believe her family is the one that owns the banks...nice family business!By A Google User, June 29, 2017
